My own AI engine. Efficient AI for texting, built from scratch and running unattended in
production.
The idea is that most messages do not need a big model, so most messages do not get
one. It classifies every message as it arrives and routes it to the most efficient model
that can actually do that job: the small fast model for ordinary text, which is
nearly all the traffic; a model that can hear when someone sends a voice note, which
it transcribes and hands straight back; a model that can see when they send a photo,
including a delivery address written by hand, which it types out as usable text.
Vision and speech are billed only on the messages that actually contain them.
It switches inside a single conversation and the customer never notices. Three models
can touch one thread and it still sounds like one assistant, with one memory and one
tone. It runs across two providers and fails over between them in the middle of a
sentence, onto the backup's most efficient model, so an outage degrades the answer instead
of ending it.
It handles ten Indian languages, in their own script or in Latin letters, and there
is no keyword list or menu tree anywhere in it. It judges the message. Shopdesk AI
Assistant is the first product built on it; the engine has no opinion about where a
message came from, and the next applications are being fitted to it now.

Swaylo AI put to work as a salesperson. This is the half that actually chats on WhatsApp. It handles every conversation the ads bring in: opens on the product they tapped at its real price, quotes from a live catalogue instead of inventing a number, verifies the delivery pincode against India Post mid-chat, books the order and cancels it if they change their mind, handles Cash on Delivery and UPI advances, and knows to stop and hand the chat to a human when a question isn't its to answer. Round the clock, so the seller can stay focused on making and packing.
